    Al-Zuhairi said that "the salvation of the organizations of the urging has sent reassuring messages to investors who are waiting and waiting before the use of their funds in large investment projects in Iraq 
    She pointed out that" the unstable security situation was not motivating foreign investors to seek investment opportunities in Iraq that the country is in a state of war and the depletion of financial and human resources and these messages are not reassuring to investors "The

" 
    Zuhairi said that"
    "The investment projects in the housing sector mostly parked in Dhi Qar as a result of the adoption of a financial system is not conducive to investment, especially in the area of ​​lending and therefore reflected negatively on the marketing of housing units, so that some investors are in a state of regret as a result." 
    Al-Zuhairi called for the adoption of an encouraging banking system for investors and citizens wishing to own residential units within the investment projects. 
    She pointed out that "the administrative procedures and laws and the investment law in Iraq is also need to re-evaluate and take effective steps to establish an investment-encouraging system."
