    Saad al-Hadithi, a spokesman for the Information Office of the Prime Minister Haider Abadi, on the need to launch technical dialogues with the Kurdistan Region, pointing out that Baghdad will adopt 4 files for dialogue.

    "The opening of dialogue channels between the federal government and the political forces and the local government in the Kurdistan region is very necessary, and represents a step on the right path to end the crisis resulting from the referendum on September 25, said al-Hadithi in an interview with the newspaper" Al-Sabah " the past".

    Al-Hadithi added that "any government delegation from the region did not come to Baghdad until now, but we hear about the possibility of the arrival of delegations representing parties parties, which is necessary because the crisis with the Kurdistan Region belongs to all political forces."

    The official spokesman for the Iraqi Council of Ministers, that "the federal government is currently focusing on the need to launch technical dialogues with the Kurdistan Region of the field committees working to settle the outstanding issues."

    He pointed out that "the files that must be presented to these committees are the border crossings, including the subject of airports, as well as oil wells and exports, and water resources, and the distribution of salaries of staff of the region."

    He said al-Hadithi that "the best solution lies in subjecting the region's exports to the federal government in accordance with the constitutional contexts in order to start the last distribution of salaries of regional employees like other provinces."

    Al-Hadithi stressed "the continued suspension of flights from Erbil airports".
