    Shammari said that "the paragraph included the borrowing of Iraq from the 21 point between the local and international banks, which will result in higher debt owed by Iraq from $ 119 billion in size to more than $ 130 billion, of which $ 45 billion in debt internal, which means that every Iraqi individual and every child newly born mortgagor $ 3,500, and this handcuff Iraqi citizens in the present and the future.
