The Council of Ministers decided on Wednesday to issue Regulation No. (1) of 2018 (the third amendment system of the system of nursing homes).
The Cabinet's Office said in a statement that Resolution No. (4) of 1985, which was reviewed by the Council of State, was based on the provisions of Article (80 / III) of the Constitution and Article 105 of the Social Welfare Law No. 126 of 1980.
He added that the decision comes in line with the directions of the Iraqi government under the auspices of all segments of Iraqi society.
