The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced, today, Tuesday, the Council's issuance of the first amendment system for parents and teachers councils.
The secretariat said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Council of Ministers decided to issue the system of the first amendment to the Parents and Teachers Council System No. 1 of 1994 based on the provisions of Item (Third) of Article (80) of the Constitution."
