Deputy: The adoption of the budget "better" than passing without the share of oil-producing provinces

BAGHDAD / The deputy of the coalition of state law Zeinab al-Khazraji, Sunday, that the adoption of the federal budget better than passing without including the rights of oil-producing provinces.
MP Zeinab al-Khazraji said in a statement received by "Iraq News" that "the oil-producing provinces adhere to this constitutional right away from any election propaganda as some try to confuse papers and call the claim of petrodollar election propaganda because this is not true and can not be tolerated more."
She added that "the budget of the country comes from the provinces of the south and is marginalized and suffer deterioration in the reality of service, health and education, not to mention the interruption of projects because of lack of financial liquidity, especially that there are projects that have disappeared despite claims to the federal government, but to no avail.
And stressed that "the budget of the current year will not be like previous budgets of the previous years, which robbed the right petrodollar, so we are determined to include this right and the southern provinces of oil-producing," indicating that "if not given this right, we will not pass the budget and not approved is better than Because of the failure to give our constitutional right, which was robbed us for years despite the large claims but to no avail.
