    The deputy of the coalition of state law Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, on Tuesday, the determination of the House of Representatives to re-vote on the amendment of the parliamentary elections law on allowing the holders of a preparatory certificate to run in the upcoming elections, pointing out that the previous session was missing the quorum legal.
    "The House of Representatives decided to re-vote on the amendment of the parliamentary elections law on allowing the holders of the preparatory certificate to run in the next elections because of differences on the lack of quorum in the previous session."
     He added that "the vote of parliament in the previous meeting was a blatant violation of the legal quorum," ruling out "the work of the new amendment in the event passed by the Electoral Commission today because of lack of time."
    Jafar said that "the Commission has authorized the political blocs on Thursday as a deadline to send lists of candidates, which means that the President can not be approved of the new amendment." End 25 d
