    [rtl]The Kurdistan Democratic Party (PUK) MP Perwan Musleh Khailani confirmed on Sunday that the Kurdish blocs are sticking to their demands from the federal budget in 2018, describing the demands as "constitutional, excluding the passing of the budget during the current week in parliament."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Khilani said in a statement to "Trend Press", that the demands of the Kurdish blocs are within the Constitution does not reduce the value of the budget, as she said. Indicating that one of those demands that do not remember the word "share the provinces of Kurdistan from the budget" and be mentioned as they were in the past, such as "the share of the Kurdistan region"[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]"The other point, which was within the budget of previous years, is the payment of salaries of employees of Kurdistan, which is also within the Constitution," she said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]She added that among the demands of the other Kurdish blocs, is to consider the proportion of Kurdistan 17% of the budget according to the population ratios in the region, which will be less than 17% and more than 12% is a compromise.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Khailani pointed out that the agenda of the House of Representatives is empty of the draft budget until the end of this week, excluded from passing at the present time because of the major differences on them.[/rtl]
    [rtl]This was the Kurdish blocs in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, has decided to boycott the parliament session, which is scheduled to witness the discussion of the draft federal budget law for Iraq for the year 2018.[/rtl]
