Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice received Saturday, the secretary of the Accord Movement Zia rhomboid 's remarks, stressing that "questioning" the work of the Commission is " a desperate attempt to enable the ousted Baath purpose influence again to the political process."

The Commission said in a statement received, Alsumaria News, a copy of it, "The missing or ignored, the clear fact crystal in the fourth day that the actions carried out by the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice, but part of the tasks assigned to them and stipulated in the Iraqi Constitution ( Which was approved by the Iraqi parliament after its legislation of the law of accountability and justice No. 10 of 2008, which was voted by all entities and parties involved in the political decision-making in Iraq (which counted the body revealing the subjects covered by Article 2 / II).

"What we call the national upheaval and the intransigence of the Baath that is going on indefinitely is a commitment to the obligations that we have committed to the Constitution and the law to implement, and not to provoke revenge against anyone," she said. "We reaffirm our authority to exercise its qualitative and functional competence in accordance with its law. Shall ensure the exercise of its legal right to appeal against the decision of the Commission before the competent judicial body in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 thereof and to issue its final decision on the acceptance or rejection of its objection.

"The insistence of some on the glorification or justification of the Baath regime and the secret prisons prison will have to eliminate the word in it," noting that "questioning the work of our body and impartiality is only a desperate attempt to enable the Baath Baath to re-influence the political process."

"The Commission has been and will be a lookout to prevent the return of the Baath again and we will publish the names of those who were excluded and the reasons for including the procedures of the law of accountability and justice documents to inform the Iraqi people on attempts to alienate the former regime to enter the parliament and this will not be."

The Commission added, "Here we warn all those who beg for the same arrogance or insulting the Supreme National Authority for Accountability and Justice and procedures and will take our body legal proceedings against him according to the provisions of Article 7 of the Constitution and the provisions of Article 226 of the Iraqi Penal Code," stressing that "the Commission will remain committed to the principles The Constitution and the laws in force and no return to the Baath and the one-party dictatorship.
