    The Council of Ministers began on Thursday, its routine presentation of a report on the visit of Prime Minister Haider Abadi to the province of Basra.
    "The government session started by presenting a report on the visit of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and the Provincial Reconstruction and Services Committee to the province of Basra," Ebadi's office said in a statement.
    The cabinet had held earlier Thursday its regular session chaired by Prime Minister Haider Abadi.Ending / 25
