    Albraism likely to delay adoption of the budget next March

    {Baghdad: Euphrates News} suggested a member of the House of Representatives for the National Alliance MP Janan Albraism delay in approving the budget for the country for 2014 until next March, indicating that the country has entered a critical time for the budget being exceeded in 2013, which will reflect negatively on the economy.
    She Albraism told News} {Euphrates on Monday that he "was supposed to proceed with the implementation of the budget since the first month and ends in the last month of the year where it should arrive at the beginning of the budget year to the state's institutions so that they can implement their projects."

    "The budget is still so far in the inclusion of the Council of Ministers failed to reach the House of Representatives, and it was customary to reach the Parliament during the month of December last to acknowledge in February next year in question," stating, "It will be delayed until next March."

    Yes and was suppose to of been in January but speculation and or hearsay have moved it till later in 2015 at this point. All I know to believe in was when VII didn't do it, it would take time and it is getting closer to the GCC thought... ;)
