The arrest of 2500 beggars in Baghdad this year

The Interior Ministry has arrested 2,500 beggars in Baghdad this year, noting that most of them belong to Mafiyat and brokers and of different nationalities.
"Many people took the phenomenon of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] as a profession," Interior Ministry spokesman Major General Saad Maan said Saturday, adding that the mafias and brokers were using children and the elderly to earn money and put them in suspicious homes and places.
He added that [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/151/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AE%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9]the Interior Ministry[/url] followed these cases and arrested 2,500 beggars during the current year in Baghdad only, explaining that some of them are of different nationalities belonging to those mafias and brokers.
