    The Inspector General of the Ministry of Justice Karim al-Ghazi announced the issuance of the Criminal Court of Al-Rusafa on the issues of integrity decision to cancel the absence of a prison guard was convicted earlier on charges of embezzlement of property in Taji prison.
    Al-Ghazi said in a statement that the accused reformer had been sentenced in absentia to 10 years in prison for embezzling property worth more than 1 billion and 180 million dinars left by the American side after he handed over Taji prison to the Justice Ministry in 2009.
    He added that the court re-tried the accused according to the new evidence, which proved that there was no material damage, the fact that the material exists, and was delivered incorrectly to several parties and the defendant did not embezzlement, pointing out that the court decided to cancel the charges against the convicted reformer and his release .
