    Al-Hayali, the brother of Education Minister Shaima al-Hayali, denied the charges against him in connection with the al-Qa'ida organization, after he caused a political crisis following the disclosure of his relationship with the organization, which made his sister-in-law the test of resignation. Al-Hayali accused Nujaifi of administrative and financial corruption and the seizure of the lands of the people of Mosul, declaring his readiness to appear before the Iraqi judiciary. Iraqi Education Minister Shaima al-Hayali announced her resignation to Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi on the grounds of her older brother Laith's association with the terrorist group "Da'ash" after appearing in two tapes of propaganda photographers from Mosul in the north of the country. "Al-Hayali said in a statement:" The organization of a mosque forced the population of Mosul under threat to work in civilian jobs, including my brother, who worked in his constituency where he works before and after liberation.     "Former Ninewa Governor Athil Nujaifi has fabricated the story of the suicide of three of my brothers in operations targeting security forces, although he has been out of the country for years," he said in a video clip broadcast by local media to respond to charges against him.
