agreement yet among political blocs over the draft budget law for the
year 2013.

Najib noted that

article 1 but do not include payment for the oil companies operating in
Kurdistan as firms in other provinces that have payment companies in the
territory of financial exuberance".

receivables in balance and not financial abundance in particular that
these benefits would go to the oil companies and not for the territorial

amendments to the draft State budget law for the year 2013.

And still continuing controversy about several points on balancing blocks, most notably the Kurdistan share ended up 2.
