    Tehran / Nina /-- Foreign Minister of Iran , " Javad Zarif, " announced he had agreed with his Iraqi counterpart, " Hoshyar Zebari " the re- application of border and the future of Shatt al-Arab river, Convention which signed in Algeria on 1975.

    He said Iran's foreign minister during a joint news conference with Zebari held today in Tehran that the two sides reached a final agreement , but did not sign until now pending completion of legal proceedings and administrative by Hoshyar Zebari in Iraq and return to Iran again . / End
