Air Navigation announces the number of aircraft transiting the Iraqi airspace during last December

The General Company for Air Navigation Services, one of the formations of the Ministry of Transport, on Tuesday, the number of aircraft transiting the Iraqi airspace, which amounted to 13689 aircraft during the month of December 2018.
The Director General of the company, Abbas Nasser, said in a statement received " The company's activities and services provided to civil aircraft departures amounted to 3254 aircraft, while the coming aircraft amounted to 3101 aircraft. "
"The company provides air safety services for aircraft in transit, in and out," he added.
The cabinet earlier approved the establishment of the General Company for Air Navigation Services, which extends its influence over the entire Iraqi airspace.
