    Abolished the Baghdad Provincial Council, emergency allocations for the current year, the lack of budget for this year, pointing out that the abolition of these customizations vote came from board members.

    Said council member Mohammed al-Rubaie,'s (IMN), "The budget of the province last year, was allocated 200 billion per month, on emergencies such as floods and building schools for the fall of the hind."

    He explained that "the Council has canceled the emergency allocations for the current year; due to the lack of a new budget."

    The province of Baghdad emergency budget has been spent in the past two years, natural disasters, floods and precipitation cases that have a quick exchange of Mali.
