    The Minister of Trade and Investment, Majid al-Kasabi, announced today the opening of his consulate in the capital Baghdad on Thursday, while referring to the opening of three consulates in three other Iraqi provinces.
    Tomorrow, the Saudi consulate will open in Baghdad and three consulates will be opened in Iraq, "he said during a joint news conference with Iraqi Oil Minister Thamer al-Ghadhban in Baghdad." The delegation, which is headed by Baghdad, "He said.
    He added that "the number of members of the large delegation, emphasizes the seriousness and diligence in building bridges of communication and promote investment between Iraq and Saudi Arabia."
    Al-Qasabi pointed out that "the allocation of one billion dollars for the implementation of Saudi projects in Iraq," explaining that "the port (New Arar) between the two countries will work after six months."
    He stressed that Riyadh is building the city of King Salman Sports in Iraq after the allocation of land for the project by the Iraqi government.
