    Saleh said during a meeting with the Iranian ambassador in Baghdad, Erj Masjidi, that "Iraq will not accept to be the starting point for any action that would harm his neighbors or the tension of the regional situation," referring to previous statements by US President Donald Trump spoke about That the presence of troops in Iraq to monitor the Iranian activity. "Iraq is keen to be a forum for the interests of the countries and peoples of the region and will not accept to be the basis for any action that would harm its neighbors or the tension of the regional situation," said a statement issued by Saleh's office in Baghdad. .
