Shara: adjournment of the parliament and the non-inclusion of the budget due to political reasons.
March 20, 2014 BAGHDAD / newspaper rectitude - the MP for mass citizen Furat al-Shara said on Thursday that "the adjournment of the House of Representatives until further notice and not included the budget due to reasons more political than technical.
Shara said in a statement (the newspaper of integrity) that "the mass of citizens are unwilling to lift the parliamentary session, especially as they are lifted until further notice, noting that" it is supposed to be the second reading of the general budget, two days after the first reading, and then be voted upon.
He added that "the House of Representatives in great embarrassment about the time remaining from the old to the adoption of the general budget, pointing out that" there were only a short period of the age of the legislative institution.
Shara said that "the political process is built on the basis of consensus and that is not adopted the federal budget because of the incompatibility between the Kurdistan region and the federal government.
