    BAGHDAD / NINA / the member of the Parliamentary Committee on Integrity,
    Sabah al-Saadi said that Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki removed, in an
    official letter, the head of the accountability and justice board Falah
    Shanshal from his post.

    He said in a news conference today 17,
    Feb that "Maliki removed Shanshal because the dismissal of the President
    of the Federal Court Medhat al-Mahmoud."

    Saadi added that
    al-Maliki has no right to dismiss Shanshal from post because of a
    decision taken by the Council of Justice and Accountability Commission.

    The
    Justice and Accountability Commission announced on last Wednesday a
    decision to include the President of the Federal Court, Medhat
    al-Mahmoud, in its measurements after one day of dismissing him from the
    post as chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council./ End
