(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) saw a leader in the destruction of victory, that Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi did not respond favorably "for victory and wisdom," while the distribution of their ministries on the blocks. (According to saying)
"The subject of quotas was better than the blocks that contributed to the formation of the government of Abdul Mahdi to be more distant from them, which unfortunately inherited in previous sessions."
He added that "the opposition did not come to overthrow governments, but to evaluate their performance and will be a reflection of the work of governments," noting that "the stream of national wisdom and the coalition of victory did not take the positions and authorized Abdul Mahdi to form a ministerial government; but did not respond favorably to them as the distribution of positions as quotas for the blocks.
"What is the point of having a government and ministries without evaluating its performance?" He asked. "Abdul-Mahdi had to choose personalities according to professional criteria, but they were taken according to political criteria by the blocs."
He continued,
"So far, the cabinet cabin and the committees in the parliament have not been completed, so we have a breach in the executive and legislative institutions, going to choose the special grades and building institutions that will create a gap between the ministries and the special grades."
