"In another process, the committee of auditing the transactions of sale and sale of real estate and the Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, which is composed of the Bureau of the investigation of Babylon, the implementation of the manipulation and falsification of the origin of the file of a property owned by the Directorate of the municipality of Hilla and the public company tourism investments.
The Commission confirmed that "the property located in the center of the city of Hilla, within a distinct area valued at (1,000,000,000) billion dinars, was registered in the name of other persons contrary to the law," explaining that "was during the process was seized judicial assistant in the Directorate of Real Estate Registration, Article 340 of the Penal Code. "
