The department added, "The office's staff searched and investigated the property's ownership in the second real estate registration directorate in Karbala and the municipality directorate," noting that "there are no priorities to prove its ownership, despite the on-site inspection carried out in the company of experts from the second real estate registration directorates, the municipality and urban planning." in the province."
The department explained that "some people have hidden the priorities of the property in the Real Estate Registration Department, in order to transfer its ownership to other people," pointing out that "the property was handed over according to the original handover report to the Karbala municipality directorate."
