    2014/04/25 12:24 Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: The head of the Basra Governorate Council behind Abdul Samad, said Friday that the central and southern governorates will stand next to the central government if it decided to exchange the federal budget in the event of deliberate Parliament delay approval, while noting that the delay to plead means to end the year without starting the implementation of any Project for citizens.

"
