The Baghdad Housing Fund has allocated an additional one trillion dinars for the current year as loans to citizens as part of the government's housing reform package.
The Director General of the Fund, affiliated to the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, Sabar Al-Saadi, said in a press statement, "The bank has taken several measures to accelerate the completion of transactions of citizens wishing to minimize the administrative procedures, without limiting administrative procedures." .
He attributed the delay in the treatment to the routine work of other departments, which take a long time in issuing the validity of the issuance, pointing out that his ministry has circulated a letter from the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, obliging the relevant institutions to expedite the issuance of the health books of the breasts and sponsors as soon as possible and no more than a week.
Al-Saadi said that an additional trillion dinars had been allocated to the fund as part of the reform package launched by the Council of Ministers.
