Reconstruction begins to activate the decision to distribute residential land to citizens

[rtl]The Ministry of Construction and Housing announced on Wednesday that it will begin preparations to facilitate the allocation of land to citizens as part of the government's reform package.[/rtl]





[rtl]An official source in the ministry said in a statement followed by "tomorrow," that "the ministry and within its plans and programs to provide adequate housing for citizens through the establishment of low-cost housing complexes on the one hand and the allocation and distribution of land on the other."[/rtl]



[rtl]He added that "the ministry has sent an official letter to the House of Representatives Committee in the House of Representatives, appealing to accelerate the legislation of land in kind for its close relationship with the subject of land distribution so that the ministry can take the necessary measures to include the largest number of citizens to distribute land."[/rtl]



[rtl]He pointed out that "there are many abuses took place on important land in strategic locations, but the ministry and after the enactment of this law will work on the acquisition of land and sorted and cut and allocated to the deserving categories of citizens, noting that the ministry can not dispose of land it does not own, so this "The law will facilitate all procedures concerning citizens' access to land."[/rtl]



[rtl]In the same context, the source stressed that "the Minister of Reconstruction Benkane Rikani agreed to include state employees who want to install land for 20 years, as the distribution of land between the provinces according to the urgent need and the number of random compounds in accordance with controls issued by the ministry after the completion of the land To facilitate their access. [rtl]He pointed out that "the Minister directed the Directorate General of Municipalities to facilitate the provision of services and consideration of staff transactions and speed of completion, whether in Baghdad or the provinces, away from the administrative routine in order to accomplish as quickly as possible."[/rtl]



[rtl]In turn, an official source in the Department of Baghdad Municipalities that "the Department has a plan that includes the exploitation of large areas in the area of ​​Husseiniya in order to allocate the necessary plots of land and distribution among citizens."[/rtl]



[rtl]He pointed out that "there is an area of ​​2500 acres the Department is working on the preparation and survey for distribution among citizens or the establishment of housing complexes, noting that this area provides 10,000 housing units, so work is being done to prepare them as required."[/rtl]
