    On Monday, the Federal Supreme Court announced the issuance of a volume that includes its rulings and decisions for the year 2018.
    A statement of the court received / Mawazine News /, a copy of it, said that it “issued a volume that includes its rulings and decisions for the year 2018, and the volume was issued by Al-Rafidain Library in continuation of previous versions that are collectively archiving Complete all the rulings and decisions of the Federal Supreme Court since its foundation in 2005 as the first constitutional court in modern Iraqi history.
    And she added, "The volume included many provisions and decisions that dealt with crises that almost shaken the political process and the federal democratic system that the people accepted in accordance with its 2005 constitution."
    The Supreme Federal Court, through the rulings and decisions issued by it, had a role in crossing the political crises that passed through Iraq, a sense of the court for its message in applying the constitution in letter and spirit and in an integrated manner, setting its goals as a ruler and a ruler in defining the paths of the state and consolidating its entity and achieving the rule of law and the validity of its provisions over all.     (Baghdad: Al Furat News) The Federal Supreme Court announced the issuance of a volume containing its rulings and decisions for the year 2018.
    The volume was issued by the Al-Rafidain Library as a complement to the previous versions, which in their entirety represent a complete archive of all the rulings and decisions of the Federal Supreme Court since its establishment in 2005 as the first constitutional court in modern Iraqi history.
    The volume included many rulings and decisions that dealt with crises that nearly rocked the political process and the federal democratic system that the people had accepted under its 2005 constitution. End
