Kurdish negotiating delegation in Baghdad in few days Empty Kurdish negotiating delegation in Baghdad in few days

Shafaq News / Kurdish negotiating delegation for the formation of the Iraqi government , revealed that they will head to Baghdad to discuss this file with other political blocs. “The delegation will travel to Baghdad in the coming days with the legitimate demands of the Kurdish people ,” The member of the delegation, Adel Al-Nouri stated in an interview for " Shafaq News “.

"The priorities of the Kurdish people demands is Article 140, which is a red line that cannot be waived or wait till the next parliament term as well as outstanding issues such as oil , gas , Peshmerga and the budget

    ."
The political parties are waiting for the Federal Court approval of the election results in order to give the election results to the biggest bloc to form a government

    .

Under the constitution , the President of Republic must ask Parliament to be held after the announcement of the final results of the elections , but the current president , Jalal Talabani is still in Germany, where he is being treated , it is certain that the Second Vice President Khodair al-Khuzaee will undertake these tasks

    .
The MPs will have to choose a Speaker of the Parliament and president of the country , in addition to selecting a prime minister to form the next government

    .
Maliki seek to hold office for a third term after that State of law coalition came in the first in the elections that took place on 30th of last April with 93 seats, but it needs more than 70 seats to achieve a majority that will allow him to form a government

    .
While the other major Sunnis, Shiites and Kurdish blocs opposes Maliki's efforts , which will open the door to tough negotiations and perhaps drag on for months for the birth of a government that suffer from escalation in acts of violence and political differences
