    Al-Ahed News- Baghdad
    Trade Minister Mohamed Hashem Al-Ani, South Korean Ambassador to Iraq, Jang Kyung Wook, discussed ways to develop joint economic relations and enhance cooperation between the two countries.
    A statement by the Ministry of Commerce, received by Al-Ahd News, today, Monday, that "Al-Ani indicated during the meeting the importance of developing and developing joint relations at all levels and seeking to open new communication channels that serve the two peoples, especially since Iraq has become a large market that attracts various discreet international companies."
    He expressed the ministry's readiness to "open up to the countries of the world and cooperate with countries wishing to enter the Iraqi market by holding exhibitions, forums and conferences held in the capital Baghdad, pointing to the necessity of" the exchange of delegations and the activation of the memorandum of understanding for commercial, cultural and industrial exchange between the two countries. "
    The statement said, "The ambassador expressed his country's earnest desire to enter the Iraqi market and obtain investment opportunities through the participation of its solid companies, investors and businessmen to invest in all economic, commercial and other fields that contribute to building and strengthening the bonds of cooperation and bilateral partnerships between the two countries."
