Union of Powers: Strong opposition to Allawi’s government .. and passing it through Parliament is difficult

"The Iraqi Sunni and Kurdish forces, and some Shiites, are still opposed to the passing of the government of Muhammad Allawi," said Yahya al-Muhammadi, a member of the Iraqi Forces Union.
Al-Mohammadi said in a press statement: "The political differences still persist, and many political forces, from the Sunni and Kurdish constituencies, and even some Shi'a political forces, are still opposed to passing Allawi's government."
