    block MP parliamentary Economic Committee member Abdul Hussein abtan
    said that "Basra Iraq's capital law economic will profit greatly across
    the country and in particular optical.

    Abtan said"The country's
    oil ports are the ports of Basra development Federal with some regional
    States is very important all the profits to develop these ports due to
    federal budget and on the Iraqi citizen."

    "In Basra province
    three million Iraqi citizens, all these benefits you get Basra back to
    simple form either as General in Iraq economic city opens its ports to
    the ports of the neighbouring States for the development of the
    country's commercial traffic, getting much profits serve Iraqi citizens
    in General.

    Abtan said the Iraqi Government did not respond as
    required with the Basrah project, capital of Iraq, and we hope that the
    Council of Ministers, the Parliament should consider the dimensions and
    rules of this project and its impact on the lives of Iraqi citizens. "

    He
    was Chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim has
    called for to make the province of Basra, the capital of Iraq, and urged
    citizens to work to block legislation.
