{Baghdad: Euphrates News} MP for the mass of citizens were part of the National Alliance, Abdul-Hussein Abtan, that the law of Basra, Iraq's economic capital will soon be held in Parliament for the second reading and then vote on it.

Abtan told Euphrates News Agency {} on Saturday that "the Presidency asked the committees of economy and investment, and legal النيابيتين, complete observations on the law in order to be included on the agenda of the upcoming sessions, and because of its economic importance."
