the state and the Turkish government and the Kurdish authorities, where

Voice of the people of
Kurdistan: political and security crisis in Iraq deepened, and in the
provinces of Kirkuk and Mosul and Diyala, Salahuddin security situation
deteriorated and terrorist attacks have increased,
and in
Baghdad, Babylon and other areas security situation is unstable, as in
