    House
    resumes tomorrow, Saturday sessions to vote on the budget and a number
    of draft laws, vice excluded from the Kurdistan Coalition that is the
    vote on the budget at tomorrow's meeting.

    The source of
    parliamentary PUKmedia, today Friday, 22/2/2013, that the House of
    Representatives will vote at its meeting to be held by tomorrow, the
    federal budget law, and four other bills, as well as read the bill.

    On
    the other hand ruled out the Kurdistan Alliance MP, rapporteur of the
    Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, MP Mohammad Qasim pass the
    budget bill in the Saturday session, noting that the ongoing differences
    between the blocs on the draft law.

    The MP Mohammad told
    PUKmedia, today, that the discussions between the political blocs
    continuing differences between them concerning the materials budget
    bill, noting that the differences unresolved not found solutions to
    them, as he put it, pointing out that these differences would prolong
    standing vote on the budget and delayed.

    MP Mohammad predicted
    not to vote on the budget bill in tomorrow's meeting, attributing the
    causes to the failure to resolve the differences on the contentious
    points between the political blocs, pointing at the same time that there
    are positive signs Ptousel blocks to the agreements on the final
    version of the budget bill.

    This Council will vote during
    tomorrow's hearing on the draft law on ratification of an exchange of
    letters and the notes and minutes of discussions on the Japanese loan to
    Iraq signed on 05.29.2012, on the rehabilitation of the health sector,
    and the development of the telecommunications network in the major
    cities, and update Musfah Baiji - engineering services.

    Also to
    vote on the draft law on ratification letters and diaries mutual and
    record discussions on the Japanese loan to the Republic of Iraq signed
    on 29.05.2012, on the modernization of the Basra refinery / 1, and the
    vote on the amendment bill first law of Antiquities and Heritage No.
    (55) for the year 2002, and vote on Project Registration Act, adoption
    and protection of agricultural varieties, as well as the completion of
    the second reading of the proposed law regulating the duration of the
    work designated agency.
