Concerning the opening date of the Mosul train station, Al-Husseini asserted that "the station will be opened next month, and the first train will arrive in Nineveh Governorate through it," noting that "the company’s management took the initiative to rehabilitate the station based on the instructions of the Minister of Transport."
He explained, "The Mosul train station is a vital and strategic station, and it is an economic goal," pointing out that "its opening is a loyalty to the people of the province."
Concerning the suspended train project, the company’s spokesman explained, “The Ministry of Transport is serious about establishing and building the project, and a contract has been signed with the“ Khatib and Alami ”engineering consultancy company to study the technical and commercial offers.
