Ahead of the OPEC Plus meeting, Brent exceeds $70

{Economic: Al Furat News} Oil prices rose, on Tuesday, and this came before a meeting of the “OPEC +” alliance today, with the support of hopes for a growth in demand for fuel in the coming months.
The “Brent” barrel rose during trading above the important psychological barrier of $70, and by 09:05 Baghdad time, Brent crude futures were traded at $70.26 a barrel, an increase of 0.94% over the previous settlement price.
Meanwhile, US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 1.36% to $67.68 a barrel, according to Bloomberg website data.
