{Local: Al Furat News} The Committee to monitor the implementation of the government program in Parliament seeks to make the first amendment to the population census law, while the Executive Department of the General Population and Housing Census announced the success of the application of the electronic form in the tribal experiment that took place in the holy governorate of Karbala.
Member of the Parliamentary Committee, Muhammad Karim, said in a press statement, "The most important laws proposed are the first amendment to the General Census of Population and Housing Law, the Statistics and Geographical Systems Law, the Reconstruction Fund and other laws related to the Sovereign Fund."
He stated that "the House of Representatives must conduct its sessions to select important laws in cooperation with the government, as there are many of them that are not yet approved, so work will be done to arrange them according to their importance and priorities and to present them in the remaining sessions of the parliament's life until the date of the elections."
