    The Minister of Oil, Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar, warned against the tendency of giant oil companies to leave work in Iraq due to the absence of an appropriate investment environment after the chaos of the security scene and the absence of economic policy.
    Agencies said that Abdul-Jabbar told Parliament during his hosting that the British BP was considering a total withdrawal from Iraq, while the Russian Lukoil Company sent an official notification to sell its stake in West Qurna II field to Chinese companies.
