the Legal Committee of the previous parliament commented, on Tuesday, on the legitimacy of the caretaker government in international and regional contracts.
Former committee member Salim Hamza told "Mawazine News" that "the government in its current form does not have the right to conclude contracts, and the next government has the right to cancel all contracts that it does not consider appropriate and signed by the caretaker government."
And Hamza indicated that "the government also has the right to cancel any agreements or contracts, whether international or regional, and it is entitled, according to its constitutional and legal violation, to cancel them," noting that "contracts related to foodstuffs and the ruling basics do not harm the contract on them."
He concluded that "the conduct of business has dissolved all contracts, and the Federal Court must explain the formula of contracts." Ended 29 / h
