The commission said in a statement that "596 Iraqis became victims of violence, 3 of them due to protests," noting that "10 activists and journalists were arrested."
She pointed out that "8,000 people have been missing (accumulatively since 2014 without investigation, accountability and compensation)", noting that "there are 900 complaints without investigation about torture and ill-treatment in prisons."
The commission indicated that 175 were killed and 150 injured in the burning of Ibn Al-Khatib hospitals in Baghdad and Al-Hussein hospitals in Nasiriyah.
The Commission continued, "There are 1,000 clay schools and 8,000 school shortages," noting that "the school enrollment rate was 91% in primary, 36% in middle school, 18% in secondary school and only 14% in university, and the dropout rate is 73%."
And she pointed out, "Iraq's need for 3 and a half million housing units," explaining that "there are 4,000 slums (half a million families), Baghdad (1022 slums, Basra (700) slums."
The commission pointed out that "8,286 traffic accidents occurred, in which 2,152 people died."
She explained that "the number of orphans in Iraq has reached 5 million, and they constitute 5% of the world's orphans," noting that "there are one million Iraqi children without identification papers, and 45,000 children (a father who belongs to ISIS)."
And she added, "the number of domestic violence complaints has reached 5,000."
