Finance releases the salaries of retirees for the month of January

The Ministry of Finance announced, on Monday, the release of the salaries of retirees for the month of January.
And the ministry stated in a statement received by "Al-Iqtisad News", "The Ministry of Finance launched the Accounting Department today, Monday, January 3, 2022, in the payments of financing the salaries of civil and military retirees for the current month of January."
In its statement, the ministry affirmed, "The administrations of Al-Rasheed and Al-Rafidain Banks and the National Retirement Authority must complete the procedures for paying the salaries of civil and military retirees for the current month through electronic payment cards, as of Wednesday, 1/5/2022, due to the closure of the banks to complete the procedures for matching and the annual bank inventory."
In its statement, the ministry called on all civil and military retirees who will receive text messages to "review bank branches and automatic exchange outlets in Baghdad and the provinces to receive their salaries."
