Al-Tamimi: integrating the equal to the Financial Administration Act

Member of the Chamber of Deputies approved the Liberal block Magda El-Tamimi that merge funding 2014 and 2015 in a single breach of the Financial Administration Act and the public debt No. 95 of 2004 average.
Tamimi said in a statement received by (the righteous) a copy, said that "in the definitions section 2 ″من Financial Administration Act public debt No. 95 of 2004 amended a clause that (budget allocation is legal for the Government to spend public money during the financial year for specific purposes), and the definitions in this law that (balancing financial program based on guesses of annual revenues and expenditures and transfers in kind qualities of the Government)."
She added that, under Chapter IV of the Act in general terms there is text stresses that "the budget recognizes the fiscal year and take effect in the year approved its customizations, noting we conclude from all this that it is not balanced by the merge, and acknowledges each one of them separately.
Tamimi attributed to integrate balanced can confuse the economic reality in the State, and the law does not permit that it contravened exchange control. Over 7
