The Information/Baghdad..
The Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce concluded an arbitration memorandum of understanding with its Iranian counterpart, to legally codify commercial contracts between the two sides.
This came at the conclusion of the (Iraqi-Iranian) trade forum, which was called for and hosted by the Najaf Chamber of Commerce, with the participation of 40 businessmen and heads of the chambers of commerce of the Iranian border provinces with Iraq.
The head of the Najaf Chamber of Commerce, Haider Al-Adhari, said in a statement that the forum resulted in the conclusion of an arbitration memorandum of understanding between the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and its Iranian counterpart, to codify and prepare legally supported commercial contracts by both sides, which will be binding on both parties. finished/25
