Earth News/ The victory coalition confirmed, today, Monday, that the national majority is "only talk."
A member of the coalition, Aqil al-Rudaini, said in a statement to Earth News, "We believe today the session is being postponed due to the lack of a quorum due to the suspension of dialogues and the absence of this session by the Sadrist bloc, as well as determination and progress and the Kurds, so the session will remain open until the quorum is complete."
On the other hand, he added, “On the other hand, the issue of the majority of national participation. I think in reality it is the national participation of the majority that is only in speech, because everyone will participate in this government, whether Kurds or Sunnis, and the issue is limited to a part of the Shiites,” asking, “Is it correct that it be a majority?”
He continued, "Therefore, I think there is a fear that the three big winners will pass in this way and leave others without dialogue, so what happened recently is an opportunity to reconsider between the large political blocs on this issue."
