Earth News/ The member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Erez Abdullah, ruled out today, Thursday, the alliance of his party with the Kurdistan Democratic Party at the present time.
Abdullah said in an interview with Earth News, "The door is open for dialogue and agreement," noting that "the National Union is with sitting at the negotiating table and agreement for the benefit of the Iraqi people in general and the region in particular."
The member of the National Union added that "all possibilities exist, but at the present time we exclude the alliance with the Democratic Party because of the latter's positions in the political arena."
It is noteworthy that the sharpness of the differences between the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the Democratic Party has escalated recently due to the dispute over the position of President of the Republic.
