"Our political system in Iraq is a parliamentary system and the non-nomination of parties to ministers is an escape from responsibility," Mahmoud Khoshnaw told AFP.
"The political process in Iraq after 2003 has gone through several obstacles and today we are facing a reform project, Abdul-Mahdi's cabin, but we must overcome differences and fight corruption, which should be a priority of this government.
Khoshnao stressed that "Iraq needs to settle and the failure of crises and differences and return to wisdom," noting that "there are internal and external interactions affect the formation of the government."
