    The Federal Integrity Commission announced the implementation of seizures of embezzlement and financial and legal violations in the oil, electricity, health and municipal departments in Diyala Governorate.
    The Integrity Investigation Department stated that the investigations and audits of the Diyala Investigation Office team led to the discovery of the waste of (168,000) thousand liters of white oil by the oil products distribution company in the province, indicating that the company distributes (2,000) liters of white oil to bakeries and ovens. In the Khalis district, despite its closure for a long time, in addition to the fact that some of them operate on liquid gas.
    The department added that inspection records were seized in the petroleum products distribution company to prepare the mentioned quantities, which were prepared for bakeries and furnaces that stopped working during the period from January to July of this year, in violation of the controls and instructions.
    In a second operation, fraud, forgery and irregularities were observed that accompanied the seizure of a book received by the Diyala Health Department - Forensic Medicine Department, regarding financial irregularities regarding the disbursement of sums of money to a person's family; He is considered a martyr and a victim of terrorism, despite the presence of a security indication that he is among the armed terrorist groups operating against the rule of law.

    The department explained that the team, who moved to the Diyala Electricity Distribution Department, was able to seize (6) processing transactions in the warehouses of the stations affiliated with Diyala Electricity Distribution, whereby, according to these transactions, (73) columns and materials were transferred to the Al-Azeem and Al-Khalis Electricity Maintenance Centers in a “fake” manner. And on paper only.
    And it confirmed the implementation of two separate operations in the Municipal Directorate of Baquba, which resulted in the seizure of two plots of land allocated in violation of the law, noting the seizure of the original two letters issued by the Property Division in the directorate regarding the registration of the first plot of land in the name of a person without the presence of a record of allotment of one of the original land records, in addition to the other persons. ; Although it was allocated to the heirs of a martyr within Resolution (168) of the Counter-Terrorism Service and Army Aviation.
