BAGHDAD (Iba) ... watching Iraq visit of Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti Prime Minister at the head of a high-level Kuwaiti delegation, in the next few days to discuss several issues, including the lifting of UN sanctions special item VII.

Ali said Alfalh member of a coalition of state law, which is headed by Nuri al-Maliki Iraqi Prime Minister, for "Moscow News:" The talks took place between Iraq and Kuwait on the sidelines of the Islamic Summit Conference in Cairo came out with an agreement to be visiting Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah Kuwaiti Prime Minister, on the the head of a high-level delegation, Baghdad soon, to discuss the need to remove Iraq from Chapter VII and other files.

He added that Kuwait and the Iraqi government promised that are not obstructing remove Iraq from Chapter VII, especially since many of the outstanding issues have been resolved, including the file of Iraqi Airways and the return of the conduct of flights between the two countries in recent times.

Three days ago, he and Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah expressed his country's hope in Iraq would emerge from Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, which is under his Baghdad since the invasion of the former regime of Kuwait in 1990.

Sabah said, in a joint news conference with Hoshyar Zebari, Iraq's foreign minister, who visited Kuwait on the first Iraqi flight after a lapse of 22 years: that his country would be happy to exit Iraq from Chapter VII.

"We are very flexible in this aspect with Iraq, and our interest exit from Chapter VII even be a free man, not constrained by the decisions of the Security Council of the United Nations and we worked and we will work in this direction and we will celebrate together the exit of Iraq from this chapter and continue normal life in all aspects life. "

It is noteworthy that Iraq presented to the UN sanctions during the invasion of Kuwait early nineties of the last century by the regime of Saddam Hussein, and the current government paid compensation to the Kuwaiti government on the issue of Iraqi Airways in the amount of $ 500 million at once.
